FIND COMMUNITY DURING SELF-ISOLATION

Our Response to the Coronavirus

Now, more than ever, community is vital to our emotional, spiritual, and relational health. In difficult times, we need to intentionally deepen relationships with God and others. We have created these opportunities for our community to come together during this crisis.

1. WORSHIP TOGETHER ONLINE

Each Sunday, we’ll post worship songs and a message from God’s Word on our Facebook page. We encourage you to watch this as a family, sing along, and take this time to dive into what God is teaching us through all this. You don’t need a Facebook account to access the videos.

2. JOIN AN ONLINE <10 GATHERING

This is a small group that studies the Bible together, prays together, and is a source of community during this self-isolation.

3. REACH OUT FOR HELP

Need help? Are you elderly, pregnant, immunocompromised, or otherwise not able to get out and get essential items such as prescriptions? Please email hello @ rivercityvancouver.com (remove spaces) and let us know. Jesus said Christians should be known by how they love one another, so we want to #LoveServeVolunteer during this crisis.

4. HELP US SERVE VANCOUVER

Do you usually give toward River City in person? ZERO percent of our giving/offerings goes toward paying staff. River City’s motto is #LoveServeVolunteer, so please help us continue to serve our city well during this crisis and in the aftermath.
