JEREMY DOAK
Lead Pastor

We welcomed Pastor Jeremy to River City Church in October 2025. He and his wife, Nicole, have been married for 9 years. They have three children — Mason, Elliott, and Amelia. Jeremy brings nearly 25 years of ministry experience and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries. Both he and Nicole felt called to ministry at the age of 12 and have been faithfully pursuing that calling ever since.

The Doaks are passionate about community outreach, children’s ministry, and sharing the gospel. Outside of ministry, they love spending time together as a family — whether it’s playing baseball, enjoying board and card games, or exploring new activities.

MELODY FINN
Executive Director of Community Engagement

Melody has been married to her husband David for 22 years. Together they have raised a blended family of five children. Melody has served in ministry positions for the past 20+ years and is passionate about serving her community and helping others learn to follow Jesus.

APRIL TOW
Children’s Minister

April has lived in Vancouver for 5 years with her husband, Lakota.  They have two sweet kids, Redd & Renleigh. They love the outdoors, trying new recipes/ restaurants, and hanging out with friends! April loves to teach children and watch them discover who they are as little people in this big world! She is always so excited to show children God’s love and help guide them in their faith.

RANDY ZINN
Building + Grounds Director

Randy has lived in the PNW for over 40 years, and has 2 daughters and 8 grandkids. He loves to fish, hunt, and spend time outdoors enjoying God’s beautiful creation. Randy recently retired and loves helping people, so he’s helping maintain River City’s building and grounds for generations to come!

BECCA DOYLE
Communion Team Leader 

Becca has lived in the PNW most of her life, and has raised two young men (there isn’t a dull moment in her house!). Becca is passionate about supporting those in substance use recovery and those with mental health challenges. She loves leading our Communion Team to make sure there are friendly faces to serve each STUDY Day.

PATTY MAUL
Compassion Team Leader 

A lifelong Vancouver resident and postal service retiree, Patty and her husband Joel love road trips and learning about history. She loves feeding people through summer lunches, winter shelter meals, produce boxes, and River City’s mercado fresco.

MAE KINSWA
Director of Worship, Tech + Teams
Mae was raised in the church, but for many years it felt more like an obligation than a personal relationship with God. After experiencing spiritual burnout and a season of deep disconnection, she reached a low point — yet it was there that God met her with His grace. A few months ago, she fully recommitted her life to Christ, and since then, her life has been transformed. She has learned to play piano and now leads the worship team, serving with a renewed heart and a true passion for guiding others into God’s presence.

DANA JACOBS
(Remote) Executive Assistant 

Dana is a Pastor’s wife living in Charleston, South Carolina, and has been supporting the River City team since January 2024. She works behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly so the team can focus on what’s happening on-site.  She enjoys dating her husband of 18 years, family trips with their five children, and serving in ministry together. Dana also loves coffee, beach walks, and traveling.
