The River School is a faith-friendly preschool program under River City Church designed for children ages 3–5. Our program provides a nurturing, structured, and joyful learning environment where young children can grow academically, socially, and spiritually through hands-on discovery and play-based learning.

We focus on building strong early foundations in early literacy, STEM, and the arts while encouraging creativity, curiosity, and confidence in every child. Our classrooms are intentionally designed for small-group learning with a 20-student capacity and a 1:10 teacher-to-student ratio, ensuring each child receives personal attention and care.

The River School will follow the VPS school calendar and run Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00 AM–12:30 PM. Doors open for arrival at 8:45 AM each day.

*Our official opening date is still to be determined as we gather interest from families. If you are interested in enrollment, please complete the interest form below.

We believe early childhood is a critical season of growth. Our goal is to partner with families to create a safe, consistent, and faith-centered environment where children feel known, valued, and excited to learn.
